World Day for Safety and Health at Work
April 26, 2024
The 28th of April is officially World Day for Safety and Health at Work. Aworth is pleased to have an exemplary health and safety record, and we exceed all our statutory obligations.
World Day for Safety and Health at Work this year focuses on ‘exploring the impacts of climate change on occupational safety and health’.
Climate change and adverse weather patterns can have a severe impact on occupational safety and health. UV radiation, air pollution, and air temperatures are just a few of the risks that can be aggravated by extreme weather.
With our Health and Safety consultancy partners MD Safety Management, we continually ‘Plan, Do, Check and Act’ our health and safety management system. We evolve our policies and procedures as new legislation, official health advice, and environmental changes occur.
