Over the years, we have worked with budget hotel brands including Holiday Inn Express, and Ibis.  

When it comes to mid-range and more luxury hotels, we have worked on hotels including the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster Bridge; the University Arms Hotel, Cambridge; a number of Thistle Hotels from Aberdeen to London; the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London; and Sun Street Hotel in London.  

For these types of properties, our surveys are more typically required for major refurbishment, takeovers or extensions to existing hotels. Our standard measured building surveys are carried out in accordance with the RICS professional guidance, global: Measured Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utilities, 3rd edition.  

In addition to providing measured floor plans tailored to our clients’ specific requirements and delivered to the highest standard of drafting, we are able to produce reflected ceiling plans, roof plans, elevations and sections for planning and architectural design consultants and architects.

We pride ourselves on using the latest electronic survey instrumentation and 3D laser scanners, together with meticulous hand measurement to allow our surveyors to produce survey drawings using site dimensions maintaining 1:1 accuracy and precise correlation between drawings in 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit for BIM modelling.
