We were recently called upon to check Net Sales Areas (NSA) of some prestigious luxury apartments in the heart of London to confirm the marketed total area calculations.

Regent’s Crescent is a collection of 69 apartments behind the magnificent regency Grade I listed crescent façades which were designed by John Nash. Behind it sits a new contemporary design provides residences and amenities to an exacting standard for the prime market.
