We are delighted to share that the OPDC planning committee has granted permission for a hybrid planning application for the scheme.
Our clients Pilbrow & Partners and The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, (OPDC), set up by the Mayor of London to help regenerate the Old Oak Opportunity Area put trust in us to deliver accurate topographical and underground services surveys, and compiled Land Registry surveys for planning design and applications.
Aworth employed a hybrid approach on the project using multiple survey teams and the latest Leica robotic total station survey instruments and Leica laser scanners to capture the entire site area. The point cloud data totalling over 75GB!
We look forward to following this strategically located west London scheme for Imperial College and wish everyone involved every success in the project, which would deliver more than 1,300 homes including homes, 35% of which will be affordable. In addition, the scheme includes mix of co-living, co-working space, studio space and purpose-built workspaces.
