Model 3 arrives at Tesla in Bluewater

Tesla, the American automotive company which specialises in electric car manufacturing, has unveiled the Model 3, which is now proudly on display at Tesla Bluewater. It has joined the Model S and Model X in the showroom.
Model 3 is described as a ‘smaller, simpler, more affordable’ electric car which is designed to be the safest car in its class. It has 220 miles of range, a top speed of 130 mph and 0-60 mph acceleration of 5.6 seconds.
Aworth Survey Consultants is proud to have worked with Tesla and Landsec, owner of Bluewater, to deliver the Bluewater showroom in 2016. Our support included the measurement survey and as-built GIA/NIA lettable area calculations of the unit to quantify the useable space in line with RICS Property Measurement.
