North West Cambridge development - independent verification survey

Aworth Survey Consultants are pleased to have been appointed by the University of Cambridge (UoC) to independently audit and verify the primary setting-out control at North West Cambridge Development. The major project will create 3,000 homes built to Code of Sustainable Homes Level 5, 150 hectares of mixed use development, 50 hectares of green space, the largest water-recycling system in the UK, and a district heating network to serve the development.
The UoC team required the highest level of survey accuracy to ensure the as-built construction is in accordance with the masterplan design.
