H&M | Bluewater statement store

Aworth are proud to be the measurement surveyors for delivering the new 40,000 sq ft H&M statement store at Bluewater, its flagship for the South East. Russell Loveland, Portfolio Director at Land Securities, co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “Upsizing H&M to create a new statement store has been an objective for some time, as we work to ensure our key brands trade from stores that reflect Bluewater’s position in the industry.”
Aworth Survey Consultants undertook precise as-built floor plans and Area Calculations with GIA and NIA for handover to H&M, and continue to work closely with Land Securities to provide professional independent retail surveying services, compliant with RICS Property Measurement.
