Croudace Homes flagship development

Sherfield Park is Croudace Homes flagship development in Hampshire, all designed from Aworth topographical survey data. The development in Chineham with over 800 carefully considered dwellings creates a vibrant village life with attractive communal spaces, pleasant street layouts and an extensive grid of cycle ways and footpaths. The scheme is also very environmentally conscious with water retention facilities for each property, a series of balancing ponds and an underground recycling centre.
Aworth have been connected with the scheme since 1996 and we are proud to continue to work closely with Croudace Homes on their projects, from small housing developments to large masterplanning projects.
