17-21 Risborough Street, London | Southwark Council approves plans

Aworth are delighted to see Tailored Living Solutions has gained approved planning for a brand-new seven storey office building at 17-21 Risborough Street. 

The £20m project will generate over 1,600 sqm (GIA) of new high-quality office floor space, and provide at least 10% as affordable workspace. The project aims to achieve top-rated green credentials, including a commercial roof terrace, as well as secure cycle parking facilities.

Aworth Survey Consultants produced a detailed topographical survey of the site and surrounding roads / buildings. In addition, complex solid 3D modelling of surrounding buildings for planning and Rights of Light & Daylight studies in Revit and AutoCAD were delivered.
